ROAM Mission Statement ROAM (RVs On A Mission) is an outreach ministry of the Church of the Nazarene through the Center for Lay Ministry.  ROAM provides the opportunity for persons to volunteer their time and skills in meaningful Christian service through Church of the Nazarene related mission agencies, camps, churches, disaster relief, compassionate ministries projects and other designated areas of service.

 

  RVs On a Mission (ROAM) Board Elects New Officers

In their annual meeting on May 7 the ROAM Board elected Jerry Nichols, Nampa, ID to serve as Chairman and Mert Winkle, full-time RVer to serve as Vice-Chairman. Doris Chrisenbery, Olathe, KS was re-elected to serve as Treasurer. Harold Lewis, Chairman and Ken Cobb,  Vice-chairman, had served two years, but requested they not be considered for re-election for medical and other reasons.  

 

Regional assignments for each board couple are as follows:

Jerry and Doris Chrisenbery - MNU West (KS, NE, SD, ND, CO)

   Ken and Alyce Cobb - MNU East (MO, IA, MN)

Gary and Delores Condon - PLNU

   Rich and Kathy Detterline - ENC

Bob and Nancy Kupfersmith - MVNU

   Harold and Fern Lewis - SNU

Jerry and Dorine Nichols - NNU

   Mert and Sandie Winkle -TNU

Louisiana Camp Enjoys Second Facility Built by ROAM
