Jerry and Doris Chrisenbery spent 25 years owing and running NAPA Auto Parts Stores in Southwest MO, Jerry was the owner manager and Doris was the bookkeeper. In 1994 they sold their business and started doing volunteer work in an RV. Some years they would be gone 5 to 6 months volunteering.
In 2001 they moved to Olathe, Kansas to be near their daughter and son-in-law and 4 grandchildren. Their son and daughter-in-law live in Park City Utah with 2 grandchildren.
Jerry and Doris state “Our lives have been blessed by doing volunteer work, and we have made friends all over the US and Canada.”
They continue “We have been volunteering for almost 2 years to get the ROAM Ministry Office set up. We definitely see the need in the Church of the Nazarene for this volunteer service.”
“We have been involved in The Church of the Nazarene since 1966, and have served as Sunday school teacher, board members, missionary president, and church treasurer.
